Not only no check valve causing slow starts, but a hose on the hat pops off causing pressure drops that people instantly blame the tuner. Skip BAP, and DW400 and go fore L1 while your on the phone with Terry. Neither one will make it much past the base kit which hardly anyone stays on after a while. Not that much extra to go from ya it's boosted and fun, to holy shit this is awesome.

Thanks for the info, I thought I read about problems with it.

While I agree best upgrade is Fore, on a moderate level build on 91/93 like the OP is doing, I think BAP seems sufficient. Fore seems a little overkill IMO until the stock pump fails. 52k miles with a BAP on mine no problems yet.

Your're heavily supplementing with Meth tho. Or you'd be nowhere near the power and fun you are. You'd still be at ya it's boosted and fun.

No doubt. It doesnt seem like OP intends to go past "ya its boosted and fun" though.

Then again, we all said that at one point.

I read about someone having warm start issues with the DW400 because of no check valve or something?
Hmm, I never had any issues with it. I would assume that if there is a check valve that it would be part of the basket assembly, which all remains the same. The only difference is that the DW400 is a bit larger in diameter so the ring that the pump sits inside of has to be clipped/split apart.

I agree with everyone else here though OP, you will quickly want more and a return system really is the way to go. Fueling is not something to cut corners on. a BAP or the DW400 is fine for pump gas but corn blood really wakes these cars up when also boosted.

I’ll definitely keep that info. Probably stay boosted and it’s fun for now. I’m looking for rear tires now and the lowest I’ve seen so far is from lmr. 15+ Mustang need some special lug nut??

Y’all know a good place to buy some 19x11’s and Nitto 555 gs 305x35x19’s? The cheapest I found so far for the rear is from LMR for $1,2xx.

P1X stg 2 no doubt if you're ordering new. The 4.88" pulley biggest you can fit under the hood I made 11 lbs at 7,200/13 lbs at 7,500
Everything have to be brand new. I can’t take any chances on used parts.
