Turn your wheels in everytime parked at an incline. I never trust the e brake %100 in any car.

Mine holds tight with about 4 clicks.
All depends on how yours is adjusted.

I had an emergency situation yesterday where I didn't get the e-brake pulled all the way up (and the car was left in neutral) and the car ended up rolling into a barrier.

At what point in pulling the e-brake lever up should it be able to hold the car on a slight incline?
The answer is - you need to get under your car and tighten the e-brake cable. I had to do it.
For me, brake should hold the car still when I try to move with slight throttle in 1st gear.

On steep places turn the car off pull ebrake hard, then put the car in gear and let the clutch out.

It can be adjusted. See this thread for details. I really should get under there myself, as mine's become uncomfortably high/loose over the past couple years. There's a good bit of talk in that thread and service manual pages detailing the procedure, but unfortunately, to give you an idea of what to expect in reality (without a lift)...

Better take it to a Dealer and have it checked out - even with my 2018, pulling the ebrake only half way holds the car...

Also whenever on any incline, a MT vehicke should ALWAYS be put into gear and use the ebrake. I've never trusted ANY MT equipped vehicle with the gear shifter left in Neutral and just using the ebrake to hood the vehicle - that's asking for trouble.

Appreciate the emergency situation, hope everybody is OK. To recap everyone's feedback:
  • Tighten up your brake cable (every extension you have on your ratchet)
  • Always always always leave the car in gear
  • Turn the wheel somewhere
