This one is my first, better then I expected. The biggest thrill of the purchase, was the ability to buy straight up performance .

Ford get's 10 pts for that one ..

This is my first Mustang. I was never really interested in Mustangs until the Coyote came out, the performance just wasn't really there with the 4.6. After the suspension upgrades with S550, it really became the performance bargain of the century and I sold my BMW 440i and C6 to condense down to the GT.

Not my first Mustang, but first GT.

I've had:
'92 Maxima SE Auto New(the car I learned how to wrench on) was active on maxima.org.
'96 Pathfinder SE New (also wrenched a lot on this) created one of the first p-finder websites on the web (then).
'00 Pathfinder LE New (more wrenching)
'05 Pathfinder SE preowned (heck ton of wrenching)
'10 Pathfinder LE Leased (no more wrenching)
'10 Genesis Coupe 2.0T 6MT New (a lot of wrenching)
'15 Mustang EB 6MT Lease (almost no wrenching)
'17 Mustang EB 6MT lease (no wrenching at all)
'19 Mustang GTPP 6MT used (looking forward to wrenching a lot)

As for the mustang, the GT feels very different from the EB. I noticed very little difference between Gen coupe 2.0T and the Mustang 2.3T, so I got used to it very quickly. The GT feels very different from the EB in the throttle modulaiton. I have yet to go WOT, but then of course I still have the Pilot Sport 4's on them (getting Pilot Sport AS/3+ this afternoon).

I have loved all of my previous cars, but Mustang is the ONLY car that I loved until the moment that I returned it. Both '15 and '17 EB's felt like I just got the car, everytime I looked at it. Wife said since this is how I feel about my Mustangs, I should just get myself a GT as a keeper.

I actually tried getting a 2011 Mustang GT Track Pack for my first car only halfway though negotiations was asked about my age and the salesman stopped right there and then and said sorry I can't talk to you about the sale because you're 17, went down the street to the VW dealership and picked up a GTI with no problems about my age. Fast forward to 2015 the mustang always had a strong reputation in the street scene nobody had anything bad to say about it regardless of which crowd you were in, nobody had a problem with it. I knew for sure the 5.0 was the motor to go for if I was "upgrading" and ended up with some options too, a lot of options haha. No regrets its a great car and happy to go from talking about it to owning it!

My 1st Mustang is a 2017 GT MT because early Mustangs couldn't hold a candle to this car

First Mustang and so far I am impressed. Only disappointment are the seatbelts. Had them replaced under warranty and new ones are as bad as the originals. never retract always in the door sill
I have the same issue and always though that it was me doing something wrong.

Also the fold down handle on the backside of the seat is intended to prevent the seat from resetting all the way forward, like when using the one on bottom corner. For me every now and then it resets anyway. I have the memory seats with the premium package but that lateral adjustment is not part of the settings and makes it so annoying.

Yeah, that would be me.......... More than that, I was a Mustang hater, with few exceptions the original 64.5 68 /69 Fastbacks. In fact my father and son both thought I was kidding when I sent them pics of the Bullitt.

So I'm not a Mustang guy, or Ford guy, but I love my Bullitt......... Go figure. Of course what I REALLY want is a 2014+ 911 targa, but I am not willing to spend the coin.......

I moved from American Muscle to Euro performance years ago, first VW GTI, then Audi Turbo, then Saab, and BMW. Had an E36 M3 for years that was about perfect.

First Mustang. But for awhile I did own a “British Corvette”, a 1980 Triumph TR8 convertible.

First mustang for me. Was in the market for a stick shift after missing my manual '97 Civic coupe and driving a 'family car' for 10+ years. After a test drive I was more and more convinced that it was now or never in terms of getting a gas powered v8 coupe with manual transmission.
Did consider a Corvette C7 but opted for a new mustang GT PP1.
