Due to COVID, been WFH since March 2020 - Mustang has not been driven all that much.

Just thinking about it today, how many miles I’ve saved to date and that’s going on 11 months now....

My figure is a little skewed because I only figured in direct to/from work weeks, not any additional weekend driving. So even though I’m shorting myself by excluding the weekends, I was surprised at my mileage savings:

22,000 miles (yes, 22,000)

I am guessing about 6000 miles, but that would have been split between two cars, as I drove my BMW more than the Mustang. With so little use now, I didn't see much point in keeping two cars, plus my wife's SUV, so I sold my BMW. Where I work, they are considering having people work from home permanently, as they would save a lot on downtown office space rental. But, either way I will retire in few months. I'm 77... way past time.

None. I still go to work and do everything I did before.

No difference for the Mustang, it is my weekend car so I don't use it to commute. I use my F-150 to commute. A year ago, work completely shut down for two months, worked from home, so saved about 180 miles a week. Once we reopened and since then, limited staff in the building, so work in the office for two days a week and at home two days a week, so saving 90 miles a week. Doing the math, looks like I have saved about 4,300 commuting miles in the last year.

Got my 2020 in august 2020.
Will hit 2000 miles tomorrow.
I feel like I am being negligent.
Fwiw, I don't drive to work, I commute by subway.
