This thread seems more suited for a Corvette forum based on the reported ages. I though everyone over 60 drives a Corvette in the fast lane at 55mph oblivious to the line of cars behind them pissed off. Nice to hear that isn't always the case

I considered a Vette (C7), but where I live they are all driven by grumpy old men. I'm a sprightly 53.5 and I don't want to be like all the "old guys.". I have literally never seen anyone driving a C8 under the age of 65.

Plus I use my back seat occasionally.

58 here, but have always been a car guy. I haven’t been asked about a mid life crisis…LOL.

In my teen years, had a 64 Galaxy with 62 406 tripower, then moved to a 71 Mach 1 351C-4V and 84 Mercury Capri / 92 Mustang 5.0‘s in the 90s, then had to pause the hobby with the family and moving around the world with family until I picked up a 2013 GT that I installed a VMP blower.

I had a 68 Mercury Cougar XR7 with 390 last year, until I decided to jump to this Mach 1 courtesy of Granger Ford….wish I had the room for both.

Homebrw, Not to be a smart ass but what do you use your back seat for? My 5 year old grandson barely fits. The only thing in my 2020 GT is a spare jacket and an umbrella.
