I by-passed the GT and went straight to the GT350

I'm 64 and bought my shiny red GT two months ago. I've always wanted a red Mustang ever since my sister got a 65 red convertible. My first Mustang was a 68 coupe. I was 16. My next was a 73 coupe. 351c automatic. Great car. I was 26. Next was a 64 1/2 coupe I drug in from a field. Restored it back to original condition. I was 32. Then someone stole it. I cried. Lol. Waited till I was 50 and got a 95 cobra. 5 speed. Loved that car. None of them were red. Now I have what I have always wanted. Yes. My love affair with the Mustang has been long and fun. It will continue as long as I can drive. For those who say they would have killed themselves if they had gotten a Mustang early in life. Bull. You would have loved and babied it just like I did all mine.

When I was 16 my 1st. hot rod was a 67 Candy Red Camaro, and I jumped a bar-ditch racing a friend in a 70 Chevy pickup. All drum brakes won't stop a 67 Camaro after 75-80 mph. I busted a wooden mail box and did 2 donuts in a family's yard trying to stop that 2 speed "powerglide", on the column, LOL. carry on. #brakearegood

Turn 66 in Jan. Had major back surgery last year and have a hard time getting in and out of my 18 Corvette GS.
Trading it in tomorrow on a 19 Magnetic GT 6spd. That's if the dealer is cooperative.
