How I got to my Mach 1

How in the last 2 years I got to my recent Mach 1.

2019 392 wide body manual.

wanted more power, 2018 hellcat manual.

wanted something I could take to road course, hellcat market got insane. Traded for massive gain and picked up a 2021 PP GT manual with upgraded stereo as the only option.

tracked the car many many times this summer. Found all it’s short comings in the struts, roll bars, trans, rear diff cooling, and downfoce.

traded for a Mach 1 this week and couldn’t be happier. Will modify to continue better track performance, but right out of the box even compared to my GT with lots of upgrades feels much more capable.

Mach 1 I got lucky and found the exact spec, on a showroom floor, at MSRP. Handling package,

Where will I go from here? Not sure. I plan on keeping the Mach1 for a while, and picking up another Hellcat Charger for a summer/family cruiser as I do miss that experience.

I dont disagree. But honesty the purpose of the car is occasional drive to work and track duty, so the Mach 1 makes great sense

I think the wide body Challengers are beautiful cars, especially the front fascia, but I don't think I would want to actually drive one other outside a rare drag strip run

I think you're on the right track. Challengers are beautiful, but SO big.

As far as your Mustangs, I'm not usually a fan of "busy" wheels, but those wheels in the first Mustang picture are stunning.

As far as the Mach 1, that's the color choice I'd make. There's just something extra retro-looking about those stripes and badges on white.

Overall, you've got great taste.

Very nice cars! Can I ask which front and lower grille was on your GT? I'm looking for a change on my car...

Looks likes a lot of happy miles towards your Mach 1, great looking cars!

Something about the looks of that GT strikes the right balance.
Appreciate the honesty about the PP1 at the track, some people really hate when I bring those real world deficiencies up. I actually don't get it too bad around here on the forums though.
