Installed AAD Performance Camber, Vertical and toe links on driver's side. The cold sucks even with a forced kerosene heater.

It snowed all day, GA is laughable I know. Cut a piece from a block of aluminum had laying around.

IMG_0700.jpeg

Took an hour for the saw to cut the blank. A hefty expensive chunk of aluminum, 6061 T651, strong.
Part to be made is on the right.

Now square machining begins, it will be the shifter rear clamp for a BlowFish transmission bracket.

Finished most of the critical machine work, finding center.

The last two holes are drilled for tap size #3, 1/4 28. Is undersized for the bolt to pass thru of the top half when cut.

Other than cutting, shaping, and opening the bolt pass-thru holes. It's well on its way to being a viable part.

Turned the pins cut and set next tight tolerances. Will use one part in the freezer, the other boiling water, and assemble.
