I don't understand how a 10.4inch wide tire could squeeze onto a 5inch wide wheel....

I mean you see those old school tires with the huuuge bulge, so anything is possible. The same way people put 215s on 11" wheels.

But, seeing those pictures that does not look bulged at all. Are you sure those at 5" wheels?

that doesnt look like an 18x5. that has got to be the 18x9.5 that vms offers. part number vwst043

Interesting that VMS specs that wheel for non-Brembo 05-22 Mustangs, but the OP clearly showed a picture of one installed on Bullitt calipers. I wonder if the clearance is just so tight that VMS doesn't recommend it even though it fits.
