Both cloth and leather. Are your seats holding up? When I test drove a GT with leather, the foam under the leather didn't seem very sturdy. Not sure how well it will hold up long term to normal use. Thanks for the feedback.

No visible wear or wrinkling at 11,300 miles. Redline Premier Premium. Non-Recaro.

My car is basically a weekender - 3000 mi in 6 mos - but the ebony leather (non premier) seats are holding up well, no rips, holes, or wear spots.

I use that stuff about once a month... only complaint about it is that the leather is slick for a day, so my butt slides around on it.

I can tell my cloth seats are wearing at 7000mi. I weigh 170lbs and try to be gentle too.

My Mustang has the "ceramic" seats. They're handsome as hell. Only problem: I'm a mechanic. I immediately ordered a set of custom CoverKing seat covers; I've never had an unprotected seat. The CoverKing covers look great and have held up fine so far.

As far as the OEM seats/foam, well, the car only has 700 miles on it so they're bound to be fine anyway.

My cloth seats on the v6 looks great still. I weigh almost twice as much as you and have the same mileage. I don't see a difference from my seat to the passenger's or rear.

I was curious about this too. Only had my car a few weeks. Don't DD it. But the leather felt very thin and soft to me. I am nervous about that outside bolster. I noticed a wear mark from where my leather belt rubbed it a handful of times getting in and out. I'm gonna big guy either. 5'9" 165. I put some Jax Wax leather cleaner/conditioner on it and brought it back to life. Anyone else see something like that? It's right on the piping of the outside bolster.

My cloth seats are holding up great. No real signs of wear and no stretching. 15,500 miles here.

13,000 miles. Cloth seats. Look like they're covered in neoprene (because seat covers).

If the leather is anything like the older Mustangs it will look like shit quickly. I have never seen Mustang seats that held up over time (leather). It's the reason I won't buy the premium cars, that and the money can be used elsewhere.

For some reason the crack and wear quickly, like the Corvettes do as well. Just based on my general observations.

I bought my car last November. I am very picky and some may not even notice the wear marks I post. My seats have more wear than my ten year old F-150 does. These are my seats now:
