My favorites are the original Halloween and Rob Zombie's remake.
Also digging Trick Or Treat.

Speaking of remakes. The remake of The Evil Dead is pretty strong.

Any of the Dracula's with Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing. Watched them growing up inthe 60's and 70's.

Honestly most horror movies don't do anything for me. I thought Pulse was pretty cool because of the premise of the ghosts and their design, and I loved Cabin in the Woods because it wasn't traditional. However every halloween I watch Rocky Horror Picture Show (tradition) and Nightmare Before Christmas.
