High pitched squeal noise from driver's rear tire well

Good morning everyone.
Parked my 2017 Ecoboost this morning and began hearing a high pitched noise / squeal in the cabin. Not terribly loud.
Got out and notice the sound is coming from the driver's side rear tire well.
Does this sound like my fuel pump is on the way out?
Or could the traction control make that type noise?
I took a video but don't know if you're able to hear it.
