Anyone used a 200 cell cat? Performance gains? What is the standard exhaust size either side of the cats? Anyone recommend a brand or manufacturer? Will a 200 cell get away without turning the Engine Light on (Lambda)

In my opinion high flow cats are just as worthless as stock ones. Keep in mind as well that you've got to hack up your stock drivers side manifold if you want to do something like that as the cat on the drivers side is welded into the actual header.

You're much better going with a set of longtube headers either catted or offroad as that will give you the most gains possible for an exhaust mod.

I have hi-flow cats on my car that came with my SW Longtube Headers. I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that they are 200 cell cats.

A lot of cars will throw a P0420 code because of the cats, but it is a hit or miss. This can easily be corrected by your tuner. Your tuner will simply disable your rear O2 sensors and that will make the CEL go away.
