My new GT500 was rear ended and is getting a new trunk lid and spoiler.

what would you go with on a race red?

the red car with white stripes is what the car looks like.

I’d go with a replica CFTP from Andersen Composites or Function Factory Performance. FFP will probably be a lot faster. When they order the trunk make sure they order the right one for whatever spoiler/wing you get.

The trunk lids are not the same?

I think the CFTP spoiler definitely stands out a lot more than the standard spoiler. Being a CFTP owner I wouldn't want anything other than the spoiler that came on it so it gets my vote.

Let us know if there's anything we can help you with.

Thanks!

I assume they come pre-drilled since there are multiple part numbers and that doesn’t include convertibles.
The CFTP trunks are hand drilled at the plant. So they don’t have a unique part number.
When I ordered my new trunk to change from a base swing to the CFTP wing, I ordered the trunk with zero holes drilled.

I think this is the part number:
Trunk lid: FR3Z-6340110-A
blank lid with no holes at all

When is the reveal?
Ok, here’s the scoop:

After:

The wing is a work of art!

I did have one perplexing issue. The dogbones drive the outer two mounting holes. And the base mounts are pre-drilled and tapped for the thee bolts on each side. So once the dogbone locations are set, the mounts end up slightly off to where I had to add a spacer on each side to get everything attached:

Don, if you hook a tape measure just above the rear upright fasteners, what is the outside to outside dimension of the fiber flanges that come down vertically from the underside of the wing?

Is this OEM or a replica wing?
