Looking for springs and anything else needed (swaybars?)
Suggestions for daily driver.
Not tracking the car. Occasional run up curvy mountain roads.

Looking for 1" drop +-
Smooth predictable ride

What spring and brand is suggested
Are different swaybars needed?
Dampers?
Anything else needed?

2017 GT Performance Pack car

I read the steeda progressive thread as well as the spring rate sticky thread.
I know this similar topic has been discussed but i dont believe i have found my answer yet.

BMR? Which spring? BMR Tech
Steeda Progressive? David@Steeda

BMR-SP080, that is what you want.

There are thousands of users of these springs on otherwise stock cars to this point, and feedback is absolutely flawless.

Let me know if you have specif questions about them.

This is the stance you can expect with the SP080 and wheels spacers ;)

Are those 25 mm spacers all around?
i believe yes spacers on all four corners.

Are dampeners needed for lowering 1" ?
I was leaning towards the progressive steeda after reading their thread but i see only BMR love at this time in this thread.
Anyone in or near central cali that has a setup like this?

I’ll have the BMR SP089/82 springs and PP dampers on my car next Tuesday if Highway 101 is open. Will post up pics in the BMR thread when I can

I'm on 82/89, but it's not quite as much of a drop as you're wanting.

Do they work on the 2018 as well? I had a 2015 gt with pp, and now 2018 gt pp, and the 2018 to me feels a lot better. My ask is, is the suspension different enough between the two that I need 2018 specific springs?

Sorry OP, don't mean to hijack your thread.

Hello Brian,

Depending on your budget & how far you want to go - we can build a pretty extensive package for you.

To best meet your needs, we would typically run a combination with the following parts to improve the looks and handling of the car without sacrificing ride comfort:

Steeda Mustang Sport Springs - Progressive (15-17 GT/V6)

Steeda Mustang Front and Rear Sway Bar Kit

We have several different routes we can go - as you can see, we have many different set-ups you can choose from. Our Progressive springs are our best selling springs & there are ton of great reviews of them!

Here is our fleet showcasing our set-ups:

Look forward to your private message & building your package!
