HELP can't get rid of the magneride shock ??

any1 here had magneride suspension and have swap to viking ? is it possible to run other shock and get rid of the magneride without problem ..

cut 1.39 only with spring with whipple stage 2 (3.375 upper) ran 9.40 at 152 full weight 401A pp1

1st or second gear leave? You could shave a tenth off the 60 with vikings but at the cost of losing magnaride obviously. Based on the quicker slip, would have went 9.20s with a 1.29 60ft. There must be more ET left in shifting strategy. My comparable time at that power level was 1.31 60ft 9.01 at 150.

I guess I was thinking this but for some reason didn't actually post it, I personally would work on the shifting strategy and add a bit more power to get in the 8s. I assume that's the goal? With more power it will 60 ft a bit quicker and keep the magna ride.

leaving in first .. not much power to leave in second , have tried RADIAL Pro in 15 , ET STREET R, and Hoosier Bracket Radial

dont need more power but more traction imo .. i launch at 1200rpm foot brake pass this the tire dont hook ..

It's fairly easy - there are at least few Magneride delete kids to prevent getting a code - do some searching.

yeah i know but i lose all my drive mode and i cant lose my drag mode ..

Is the goal 8s? If so, you are gonna need a better surface and a touch more power. Id leave the magnaride on as long as possible.

yes and no haha ! my car is heavy heavy 3850 without me and im 200 i dont daily drive the car but i love tho put some millage on it
