Hi. On my 2019 Mustang GT Premium, when I select different gauges to show on my Dash, can I change the graph to show like actual Oil PSI or actual IA temp numbers instead of the bar graph?. Thank you for your help.

Half a solution? Try pressing the up and down arrows. Mine cycles through the display - gauges, G-forces, and a list of five values. IAT is among them, but oil pressure is not. Mine has the PP oil pressure gauge, so I can still see it if I don't display it in the dash.

If you use the up & down arrows, one of the views will be all of the gauges in a list with the numbers in real time.

When you're in this view, use the up/down arrow buttons on the right side of your steering wheel, to cycle up and down through the possible items you can display in the centre.

You also can change which gauges are shown. I think hitting the pony button will bring up list. Scroll to nearly the bottom and select gauges . I think selection is in there.

Is it possible to pick just one gauge to display?

Yes, it is. You can choose up to three gauges, but not necessarily three. I've just tried it.
That being said, the display does look a bit odd to me with just one gauge. Too much empty space around it.

Ahh I was hoping it would show one big one instead of three small ones. So it just shows one small awkward gauge?

This is the one time I prefer the Camaro. They can show more than three and have less wasted space.
