Back in 2008 I had decided some day I was going to buy a new Mustang GT to travel the lower 48 in when I got older and could afford it (I was 17 almost 18 at the time and had a 85 Mustang GT) Well fast forward several years and about 30 cars later I have my 2021 Mustang GT, ordered how I want it. Twister Orange with black accent, 401a 6spd manual, active exhaust, B&O stereo.
I can't wait for next month as I will be spending a day in Kentucky, then going out to Asheville, NC (and making a couple stops along the blue ridge parkway as well as a detour through the tail of the dragon) before spending a few days at Myrtle Beach, SC.
I bought this car to drive it and that is exactly what I am going to do. I'll update this periodically as mods come in and good photo ops present themselves along my travels.
Already managed 1k miles in the first week of ownership. Just can't put the keys down!
