I try to work through an issue when an issue arises with a company. However, I’m at a dead end road with Hellhorse. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still has not shipped. I have contacted them through chat, email, voicemail and phone. Majority go unanswered. On the rare occasion I do speak to someone, they give me lip service saying “item has shipped or need to check status“ and will get back to me. As of today, still nothing. Looking for advise. Thanks.

Have you tried contacting them on Ig? They have a pretty big presence on there.

Have you been able to get ahold of them?
In the past 3 weeks ive sent two messages in their ticket system inquiring about their 1300hp build. For a customer inquiring about one of their sought after packages and not to receive a response is a big RED flag.

It took a month to cancel my order. The online chat seemed to be the best way to contact them. Even then, they didn’t respond right away but eventually resolved the issue.
