Heads up display for forward collision made to work like GT350's shift light?

This might be a dumb questions but does anyone know if the forward collision heads up display on the adaptive cruise control cars can be made to work as a shift light similar to what the 350's have? It looks like the same type setup with multiple small bulbs, obviously mine only light up red for the forward collision and do so all at once.

Would be very interested in this as well. Seems like youd have to get into the ECU and disable that whole system and reprogram the lights for it. No idea if it would be possible or not.

That's what I was wondering. I'd assume the actual heads up display is the same and the difference would be in the programming. My gauge cluster lights up red when the car redlines, I checked to see if the display did too, but I don't think it does.
