Car is a roush blower set up, I installed headers and now it's not ideling great not horrible but I can hear an occasional miss and it seems like the idle fluctuates some when it's warm, I noticed at idle and slow rev the stft's are 1.02-1.15 I've checked for vacuum leaks but can't seem to find anything and I didn't touch anything vacuum related other than the cai anyway, would an exhaust leak cause a symptom similar? I don't see any signs of a leak but it's the only possibility I could really see at this time I'll attach an idle log if I can figure it out here shortly

Update your transport delay...Long tubes moved the headers further from their OEM location so you should update them or just drive the car until it learns it.
