BTW, PFC (Brembo works with PFC a lot) makes the best steel brake disks, period. Alcon & AP are reasonable. There aren't many others that are even really in the conversation. Hawk can make a good pad, though.
Just curious, what are the metrics that you are using to grade those steel rotors...
Price, longevity, coefficient of friction, weight, lap times ????

First, I'm talking about their 2-piece race discs, which need AL hats, not 1-piece street discs. They're pretty expensive, so not price and the weight is similar among all. The longevity of their material and the accuracy/precision of their machine work is very nice. They just have the ability to make everything flatter, truer and more concentric than their competitors. In use, their stuff is less prone to warping, cracking, pulsing, etc. They also have a slick system to mount the discs on the hats which doesn't take all day to change a set of discs.

I'm not aware of anyone running their stuff on our type of car, but whoever does will not be disappointed.
