Have a weird rpm bounce issue in 4th gear (auto)

2021 gt auto premium gt package.
Having a weird shift issue in 4th where the rpm bounce until it shifts out to 5th. It's hard to capture and usually does it worse than this, but can you tell me what to tell the dealership?

My 2020 GT does this too but worse. It’s almost like the engine reduces power slightly between 4th and 5th or like it is shifting into a ‘1/2 gear’ between 4 and 5. I never understood what’s going on. I’ll pay more attention as to whether light, mid, or wide open throttle changes the behavior and report back. I think it does make a difference.
