Has anyone swapped a to a F150 torque converter in a 10r80??

Heard some are swapping to F150 torque converter because of more surface area. Has anyone done this or have some experience with it?

Swapping truck intakes, now truck convertors, just buy an F150 and call it a day. Easier than turning a Mustang into a truck.

if the converter has more surface area, that could be a good thing.
That said, based on the difference in weight, and power band, the stall speed may not work.
If you're going far enough to swap converters, just buy a circle D
