Thinking of doing this and wanted to see examples of anyone else who may have already done so.

Iā€™ll have to see if I can find a pic or a link to the thread but I remember a member on here who had bright silver pp2 wheels. Looked fantastic

Do the platidip first. It is easy to do and you can easily go back to the original look if you don't like the outcome.

There is something called Super Wrap, which is a spray-able and removable. It's made for wheels and seems to look pretty good.

Thinking of doing a satin black on my SP2 wheels. I'm tired of the bronze.

Just know that powder coating chips, paint is spot repairable, can be blended. Different story when it comes to powder.
Just adding

So basically Plastidip?

This has been done before on wheels and is a decent option for quick color change but doesn't last as long as paint or powedercoat.
