Has anyone paint matched an Anderson Composites Carbon hood Type-SA?

Hi I recently purchased this Anderson composites hood and was curious if anyone had painted matched theirs because I’m thinking of doing the same. I am also thinking of leaving the vents exposed so if anyone has any pictures of their car that has this hood paint matched send them over. Curious what they look like paint matched.

To get a good match you need, 1 adhesion promoter coat 2-3 coats of hi build tinted primer, three coats of the base, and two to four coats of the tinted clear ( or whatever the tri stage top coat spec is) with top coats blending into bumper and fenders.

Approx $2-3K all in...it's a big job with approx 30+ hrs labor and $600 or so in materials.

Paint match to adjacent panel is next to impossible and impossible with tricoat.

I haven't painted my AC CF hood but, I did have my Anderson Composite Carbon front Fiber fenders painted. My painter said there are some differences in the process when painting CF parts but the end result of the paint job and match was Spot On.

Ok I thought it was a different process, how much did they end up charging you for the paint match?

I know prices have gone up but, I would expect $750ish to paint hoof and blend
