Harness bar that doesn't kill the rear seats?

Is there a harness bar that does not connect through the rear seats? I want to add 5 point harnesses but every bar I have seen pretty much kills the rear seats. If it matters, I have manual Recaros.

Have you ever tried to FIT in the rear seats? "Killing" them is like killing a 130 year old man, more a mercy than anything.

Most are designed to be removable.
