Since parades were cancelled, people in my neighborhood decided to stage their own parade for the kids. So the kids decorated their bikes and I led them through the neighborhood with my white and blue GT convertible with a large American flag fastened to the seat back, blasting "Stars and Stripes" on the car stereo. Everyone watched from their driveways and applauded the kids. They were thrilled!
