Fitment was spot on, came with all the necessary hardware, you have to use your existing hardware as well. I did not have to relocate my ACC sensor and it works perfectly like factory, major plus for me.

Vicrez customer service was pretty good. I should mention that you will need a base belly pan for better installation. For PP it will not line up properly. Depending on who is installing it, you or the shop, there are limited instructions out there, but it’s not hard to figure out. Just YouTube “GT500 bumper” and a few videos will get you in the right track. Overall I am very pleased with my bumper and would not do anything different except spray the insertion tabs with some speed shine so the go in easy.

Also, as a courtesy for my troubles Vicrez sent me a very nice and well built splitter for it. Think it looks decent, even though I am not a fan of splitters on splitters on splitters....and it does provide
protection so I am happy about that.
That splitter looks pretty good. How far does it go back under the car? Does it go past the mounting points where it meets the belly pan?

The Spittler matches up with the splitter of the GT500 Style Bumper, It does not go very far back under the car, and it does not go past the Mounting points where it meets the belly pan, It lines up perfectly on the edge of the bumper where the bumper meets the fenders. Here’s a pic of the splitter pre-install.

Thanks for the picture.

Do you think the rods are necessary?

Got my in Friday from Vicrez. Looks great! No damage in shipping. Taking next week to get painted. I may look into that extra splitter from Vicrez. May wait to see after I install bumper.

I don’t think the rods are necessary as long it is properly secured to the bumper. However I have yet to track or race so I wouldn’t know if they are necessary at certain speeds, maybe the experts can chime in.

Did you paint any of the grills or leave them the way they came? How about the chin spoiler? Thanks

Still admire this aftermarket one and sadly still unobtainable.

Got my MP Concepts bumper on a few weeks ago. Love it!

Are the "hockey sticks" removable to make painting easier? Someone on AMs sight said they're not. What about the turn signal inserts? What about the grill block offs? Thinking about pulling the trigger but I wanna make sure it's similar to other manufacturers.

The MP Concepts bumper came disassembled so the bumper, grills, splitter, and winglets were all assembled after paint. Not sure how any of the other kits from other manufactures work, unfortuantely.

I was more referring to these pieces.

Oh I see. The turn signal housing is a separate piece that gets inserted and secured to the bumper. My painter then simply masked off the bumper to paint the "fangs" the gloss black. Since it's a multi-piece bumper, it was pretty straight forward imo to mask off things.

Edit: Going through my photos, I think I just lied to you bud. I think he just taped everything off after painting those bits black.

Damn. I was hoping they were removable. I was thinking of painting everything red and maybe getting those wrapped or painted later.

I know @WaffleMix mentioned this, but it sounds like PP owners should also get non-PP fender liners in addition to the non-PP belly pan. However one more question for y'all. When looking at the fender liners I found THREE versions, not two:

This one is clearly for PP: https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-fender-liner-passenger-side-rh-jr3z16102f

Then for non-PP there's one for "insulation package" and "without insulation package:

With insulation package: https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-fender-liner-passenger-side-rh-jr3z16102e
Without insulation package: https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-fender-liner-passenger-side-rh-jr3z16102a

If I want to put this bumper on my PP car, which of those non-PP fender liners should I get with my non-PP belly pan, the one with the insulator package, or without it? Thanks!
