I drove my GT350 to Vegas, moving officially on Aug.1. The Brittany Blue is beautiful, despite the fact that it hadn't even been washed yet. The painted stripes are nice with a GT500 cut out on the hood. The interior is nothing new or special. It's really all about the paint.

I saw on there website they had a CFTP in that color too. Do they ask for ADMs over there? They list them at MSRP on the website. That dealership must be in good graces with Ford. They already have 3 painted stripe cars.

James Ford has a long reputation for getting Shelby's. I bought my GT350 there as well as 4 other Fords. Good folks, but you can bet your backside they are getting a healthy ADM. Call and ask for Dan.

The tricky part is finding a dealer that doesn't charge an ADM, and then, if you do, there's the cost of not only purchasing, but shipping the car to your location. And frankly, some of us ARE crazy enough to pay it to get the car we want.

Every dealer is charging an average of 20k on all GT500s—the most basic GT500s are posted and selling for 114k. A painted stripe HE base for only 10k more, that’s not a bad price.

Looks good. The painted stripe and the blue is gorgeous. And I love the new style logo versus the old style logo that is on the vinyl cars.

I got that beat. Mine is a GT500HE with just the car cover lol. I'm looking to turn it into a SE

Also, is it me, or do the painted stripes look a bit closer to Wimbledon White than the vinyl stripes do?
