I'm not a badge guy, but yes, I agree. I would have no issue if someone did that, heck, I might. It is a GT500R

Dang, makes me want to splurge on the completely unnecessary "R" model now! I was thinking about it from the start but the 18K price tag just to say I have it didnt seem worth it since I know I will never take this car to a road course. But man that is a great review on this car... #wherearethechattytrolls?

Maybe an R is in the works? Carbon rotors, removed sound deadening, hood and trunk carbon? Yea, that'd be crazy if Ford went and did that.

Now that would be something. I would have paid the extra right out of the gate for that one.

Anderson Composites for wing and splitter etc. Wheels? You'd have to buy them retail. I don't think anybody would be so stupid as to sell their CF wheels (well, I can think of one).

Although the base wheels are spun forged, fully forged would be the workaround. Check out signature wheels. @50 Deep

The 500 is not an appropriate baseline for that. The FP350S is a turnkey race car that needs to abide by class rules in SCCA.

'35 pounds lighter per corner' Is that true? i new they were lighter but i didn't think the GT350r wheels saved that much weight? Am I wrong? i thought the TOTAL wieght savings for 350 was around 60lbs total? Do the 20" wheels over double the weight savings?
