Honestly folks, expect to see a lot more of these as Dealers start to execute their exit strategy. Ford is starting to sell cars directly, starting with the EVs, which means the writing is on the wall.

Expect to see much price gouging, for many brands, as they transition the entire industry.

Perhaps I was mistaken, I now can't find reference to a 350/R Golden Ticket. It was right at the turn of the two models, and my memory is quite awful nowadays.

This dealer is sitting on 11 CFTPs, all about $150k US each. It's going to be interesting to watch these sales over 2022 into 2023 with the gas prices and potential R word. I'm paying over $100k for a painted stripe base. I hope it's not worth $80k in a year. Then again, many people holding out will. Cars are made so well, powerful, efficient, and advanced this generation. I'm 50. So remember old muscle. It's a great time to be a car enthusiast...but we're paying for it.

Ahhhh the good old days! This is my first Mustang and tbh I had to bore my old 350 .30 over to get her to 355 and even then it was lucky if it was pushing 400hp.

Do you know that the modern GT has more power, by a LOT than the original 67 Shelby GT500?

Yes and no. 100k seems like crazy money for a mustang, and it is. But take that $100k today and go back to 1998 with it, you'd have $56k. A new Porsche 911 Turbo from 1998 with 400 hp/400 tq was $99k base price.

A fully optioned Mitsubishi VR-4 was over $50k. Supra Turbos and 300zxs we're well over 40k nicely optioned. We are living in the glory days of cars (approaching the end sadly).
