GT500 ADM disappearing

Even my 2 day excursions to look at the right car for the right price have not turned up any phantoms for sale.

So you found at least two right cars at the right price but you didn’t buy ? What happened ?

My comment may be misleading. I went on one 2 day excursion to look at a GT500 in Winnipeg and another 2 day trip to the west in the Vancouver area. Thus, 2 - 2day trips, one to the east and one to the west.

I have placed a deposit on the car in Vancouver (2021 GT500) and I have it on hold for 30 days while I sell my blown Bullitt privately. I have an offer of $48K USD for the B and will accept that if nothing else arises. My cost in the B is $50K so I am pleased with that, although with the previous owner's purchase price, add-ons and my blower addition, the car has about $68K into it altogether.

Cash difference will be $41K USD w/taxes etc all-in for the GT500. So, yes, my all-options Bullitt is no more than a badged GT PP1 Premium and does depreciate just as fast...but I do love the green.

Even if the markups are disappearing they're still retaining their values. Compare the price of a 20 GT500 to the price of something like a 20 M5 or M8. Bimmers, Mercedes, and other cars that occupy the performance luxury categories have depreciated like they normally do. The GT500 and it's competition has not.
