I want to put some GT350R springs on my 350, I heard the drop is 0.6" front and 0.5" rear is this true? I like that its oem product, lower, and stiffer. Thanks!

I'm not sure about the drop. I believe the R is lower due to the 30 series vs 35 series tires on the 350. They do have different compression weights though depending on the year of your car. The 2019 springs are nearly identical in both R and 350. If you google the Shelby Supplement for your year car its probably listed in there, at least it is for the 2019 cars.

Also the sway bars are thicker on the R depending on year.

If I was changing them out I would look into the Ford Performance springs and sway bar set. They will drop your car ~.75 inch.

I did exactly this, GT350R springs on my GT350, (Only the fronts though)
For my 2016 GT350 I was looking for a little stiffer front springs, and to lower the front of the car slightly, Maybe 1/2"
I did a lot of research on this and discovered the perfect solution for me was to replace the front springs on my GT350 with the GT350R front springs.
The difference between the GT350 and GT350R's ride height is a total of 1".
1/2" comes from the difference in tires, (smaller diameter on the R)
1/2" comes from the springs, The front springs on the R are shorter, but slightly stiffer. The rear springs on the R are the same rate as the GT350 (914#), but lower the rear 1/2".

My GT350 OEM stock front spring specs were as follows:
PN: FR3Z-5310-N tag=(FR3Z-5310-NC)
Wire Diameter: .555
Spring Rate (Per inch): 194#
Spring Free Height: 11 1/4"
Fender Height: 28 1/8" (Ground to Center Fender Lip)

The GT350R front springs I purchased specs were as follows:
PN: FR3Z-5310-M
Wire Diameter:
Spring Free Height: 10"
Spring Rate: 240#
Fender Height: 27 5/8" (Ground to Center Fender Lip)

For me this has been a perfect setup, as I got just a tiny bit more rake (front to rear) in the cars stance.
-Also important to note-, the 2019 GT350 factory suspension upgrades included 10% stiffer front springs, and 6% softer rear springs.

-Hope this helps-

Do the R springs lower the rear?
Edit: just relized you said it also lowers the rear.

Alot of good info! Would this be the same for 2020? I am not sure if 2020 rides lower than 2016
