Go buy another 350, there are quite a few for sale on the various car sites, including......Carmax....which I have bought Porsches from BTW.

The Trinity powered car will leave the GT350 for dead on straights. But of course the GT350 is so much more sophisticated. The S197 chassis feels very chattery and clearly a different generation compared to the S550. But it's all about what you want. To deny the '13/'14 GT500 it's power prowess and it not meaning anything would be ridiculous.

Seems like only you can answer this - be sure to test drive the 500 a good many times.

Had a 14 GT500. I will never go back. I shoulda never traded my Boss for it. I went in for an oil change and got seduced by a Ruby Red GT500 on the showroom floor. Great straight line fun power but it completely overpowered the sloppy rearend suspension. Nose dive and front heavy. Handled like shit. Sooooo thankful to Ford for the R.

Depends what you want to do with your car. If you like to take it to the road coarse then you will be disappointed with the GT500. If you like to go like a bat out of hell in a straight line or light to light then the 13/14 GT500 is your ride.

I also owned one; came with crap Goodyear tyres from factory, which could not hold it straight in anything but the hottest summer day after a burnout.. Forgedabout turning with no fear and accelerating when a bit wet. It was an animal compared to the GT350, hard to control.
I would not go back to it by any means... the 350 is superior in all ways but power.

I'm on the same boat, i wish i never sold mine either. I have 11 GT500, it's fast but it just doesn't stir the soul like the GT350.

14GT500 is my fav mustang for looks. I’ve never owned one but I hope to get one eventually as a second toy. I know the handling sucks lol

Ya, the 14 looks great. Like I said the Ruby Red seduced me into dumping my Race Red Boss. That and the dealership gave me a killer trade value. I thought I was upgrading, and I was for straight line power but definitely not for handling and just pure driving enjoyment. I upgraded my pucker factor for sure.

I’m hoping in a few years I can pick one up for a decent price. Love to have one and do the lowering/suspension upgrades to help some. I rode with a guy on the tail of the dragon who had one and did quite well. 350 could loose him easily in the switchbacks but otherwise it was great car. They can make big power too.

Just depends on what you want, low end torque and safe big power - it's the GT500 all day long. Better handling, better braking - get the 350. I came out of a 11 GT500 and miss it badly. Love the "set you back in the seat" feeling that car had. It was a performance pack car on Eibach springs and it wasn't shabby in the NC mountains. It was fast and handled well. The 350 is an amazing car for sure, the best handling factory car Ford has built. If it were being driven as a serious track car like @honeybadger then it's no question, get the 350.

The way most of us drive the cars, you can be happy with either one.
