Anyone know if gt350 fuel pump would work as a direct drop in for our boosted cars to run e85 on? I know the sai li system is a gt500 fuel pump. And figure the gt350 should be able to be almost plug and play

I believe this has been discussed in an E85 thread. I can't remember the answer specifics but it was recently.

Gt500 setup in the sai kit is a twin pump

GT350 required 2 FPDM to run. By the time you invest in all need to run them you at the cost off a real fuel system.. don't cheap out when it comes to a fuel system it's the most overlooked part people seem to skimp out on... the sai kit works but dead heads the rails. For a few extra bucks get a fore kit .. it's worth the investment I promise

Thanks for the info, didn't know about the fpdms. Elaborate on deadheading the rails please?

The return happens with an adapter at the entrey point off the rail so the fuel hits the injectors and stops unlike when you run aftermarket rails there is a cross over point the the fuel has a constant flow past them and back to the tank.

The sai kit works great for the price. I have gone 9.47 with it so far.

142.5mph is just ridiculous. I foresee a fuel system in my future. You have dual tunes for 93/E85 with the fuel setup?

Anyone know the part number of a GT350 fuel hat? I have searched every where with no results.

Yes, but you could easily modify the Sai Li kit to not deadhead. Just purchase a set of fuel rails and 3 fittings. The Sai Li kit leaves you plenty of hose to do a crossover and back to the regulator. :headbang:

Again ,very nice times .
Were your fastest runs on E85 or C85?
Is this the same tune that made the power in your signature or have there changes since then ?
How much difference in power between E85 and C85 if any?.
Thanks

Fastest run was on C85. No my dyno run was on C85 with no filter or intake tube and thats how i ran it at the track. So it was just open blower. Open blower was good for about 15whp and C85 is good for another 15-20whp over pump E85. I like having the C85 in it because i know im pushing the stock motor. Its good pure e85 with additives. But on the street i just run pump e85 with the filter setup on.
