Although he is Dutch, it actually looks like he's in Germany across the border from Nijmegen. Makes sense, given that the Dutch continue to restrict their speed limits on highways and back roads. That would also explain his German tags (from MĂĽnster). Also, may appear that he's going faster than he is, because his speedometer is marked in KMs. So, when he's doing pulls to "100", he's doing 62mph, which is the max speed limit between towns, unless otherwise marked. Near intersections you can see the signs for 70kph (45mph). Not taking away from the post, but it's more noise than movement. Nonetheless, I wish him a bright future if the no load revs to 8k rpm he did in under the underpass are a habit.
