I found another dealer willing to do $58k (msrp of $65k) on a brand new leftover 2019. I feel better purchasing sight unseen for something that's new.
I would lean this route. I did this with a 2018 in April of this year. Dealer was 500 miles away from me. I called and talked with the owner of the dealership as well as the sales manager to get their side of the why it sat for so long. After many pictures being sent, I put down a deposit and flew up to look at it. I drove it home after I was satisfied with the condition of the car. I had already negotiated a price I was comfortable paying knowing that if I found anything wrong I could either walk or negotiate a further price reduction.

As an FYI, 57k is about the bottom for a 2019 as to what it cost a dealership. I think you have some more room if they are motivated to move the vehicle. Just make sure they have not put the vehicle "into service" as that would have started the warranty clock.

I like the idea of brand new, the warranty meter has not even started to run. I would not let anyone drive it to you. Schedule your time to pick it up personally. If you commit to the purchase, they will wait.

Good call. Those tires tread looked fine but the sidewall looked like it had been run with low or no air....which makes the tire a time bomb.

Buy the new car. I bought my 2019 new for about the same deal. You are 12-13% under MSRP, a solid deal on this car and new is new. My car had 65 miles on the clock, it was stored off site during the winter. Only the sales manager had driven it, company policy on "muscle cars" was no test drives, no salesmen, no flunkies drive them.

I took my salesman for a drive because he was just learning to drive stick and was hoping to get a ride so we spent some time testing out the electronics and tolling around the local area, then I drove it a thousand miles home with zero issues, got an oil change and lived happily ever after, so far.

That's the ticket, take it, and enjoy!

I looked them up. Holy cow they are some kind of GT350 hoarders. They have 5 2019s and 9 2020s and many of them have the HEP. They’re charging ADM on some.
