I think equal length short tubes will be the sweet spot. I'm so over long tube headers on modern cars but if there is an equal length header offering that comes out and I can still use the factory cats and it gives a snarly FPC growl, count me in.
Emissions headaches and sound restrictions at racing events. If I go long tubes, I'm going to break sound restrictions for sure. It's not the install, it's the all the residual challenges after the fact. If I didn't have to worry about those things, then yeah I would absolutely do it.Why? It only takes a couple of days and the patience of Job to install them.
It's only painful once.
Touche.I was being facetious. But, I gotcha.
Here's to hoping that I pass the sound restrictions at Atlanta Motorsports Park!Emissions headaches and sound restrictions at racing events. I put together a Cleveland swap in a Fox Mustang with long tubes and I realized that I'm no Job.Why? It only takes a couple of days and the patience of Job to install them.

I am worried about that too
With all the testing getting done, anyone grab a sound level meter?
