Has anyone else had any issues with the knock sensors retarding timing at higher RPMs?
I found out from Lund Racing after data logging for a tune that the knock sensors were active at higher RPMs. I have used gas from 3 or 4 different gas stations and checked the compression of the cylinders to make sure I was ruling out any of those issues. The only modifications have been a resonator delete and added the jacking rails. I did hear somewhere that the knock sensors may pick up on poorly torqued hardware.
If there is anything someone could recommend. I do not want to bring it to a shop and pay someone to chase their tail trying to figure this out.
