So I find that owning my GT has cut into my motorcycling time quite a bit (I will have had my 2017 for two years next month). The wife and I share four sportbikes, and no car has ever cut into my riding like this, even my C6. No regrets, just surprising how much more I like to take this car out. Bikes still wait patiently.

Yup. 09. First year of the cross plane motor. The sound is amazing. I put Akrapovics on to enjoy it more.

I owned three different motorcycles from 1985 until 2014. My last bike was a 1987 Hurricane CBR1000F (see below) that I owned from 1989 until 2014. For three years I had nothing other than a Chevy Traverse and a Dodge Caravan to drive. Yawn. I missed my bike, but that went away after purchasing my GT350 in December 2017

I had an 88 1000 Hurricane for a few years. Amazing that it had a 140 rear tire!

I realized the same 3 years ago soon after my GT350 purchase. I estimate I have put only 4-5K miles on my ST1300 since 2016, where I normally average 7-9K miles per year.
About all I squeeze out lately each year is a 1 week trip west to ride Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. But the trade off has been worth it IMHO.

I bought my 18 Street Glide Special about a month before my 18 GT350. I rode the bike to work every day for a month but as soon as I got the 350 it was harder and harder not to take that. Different experiences but nothing beats a bike as far as stress relief and putting a smile on your face.

As the GT350 has cut into your riding time, you'll probably want to get rid of that old, raggedy, worn out Honda with the funny paint job. Even though my GT350 has also limited my time on the three motorcycles sitting in my garage, I could probably find room for one more.

Amazing how many people don’t know what it is nowadays. 29 years old, almost 50K miles. The last track day I took it to all the young riders wondered why the old dude was riding a relic on the track. Based on what I can sell it for I’ve been riding it for free all these years. When I get too old I’ll find a good home for it,

Send it to me, I've been yearning for another sportbike to sit with my Harleys. I miss my Ducati.

I'm easily old enough to remember a new RC30 sitting in a local dealer's showroom for well over a year. I had plenty of desire but not enough cash to buy it at the time. A few years ago, I had a chance to take an extended ride on an RC30 while on a bike trip to the North Georgia and Western North Carolina mountains. At 6'-3", I had to fold up in order to fit, but I had a blast.

There is a local guy that still regularly rides his RC45, but I'll take the RC30 over it any day. I bought a new RC51 when they were released, hoping it would live up to its RC name, but I was disappointed and soon sold it.

Mine did the same; after a year the dealer (a friend) offered it to me at dealer cost, $12,500. It seemed like a fortune at the time. About 15 years ago I considered selling it so we could buy some vacant property next door in a hurry before someone built a house on it. My wife said, “no, because that will always be the bike you sold and wish you didn’t”. Smart woman.

My Panigale is waiting for a warm day. It’s been sitting since October.

Good weather today - waiting for our neighbor and then off to lunch. The Mrs used to ride a 600F4 until we bought the GSXR and I couldn’t pry her off of it.
