I recently went with Michelin's Pilot All Season, 285/40 in the back and 275/40 up front. Should get me through the winter in case I want to drive it on a nice day in the winter.

Taking the Pirelli’s off and putting continental contact extremes on. I’m a bit further north so wanted snow performance as well

Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 or Goodyear Exhilarate would be good options.

Working on finding some AS4's
Ordered wheels from Velgen, tires are ready, should have them all on the car in the next 2 weeks...I'll post when I do...

Michelin Pilot Sport 4s are great above 50 degrees. For colder, I've driven both Pilot Sport A/S 3+s and now Pilot Sport 4 A/S, both are excellent, the 4 seems to have the factory claimed improvements. I'm also coming from Sport Cup 2 tires, and the PS4A/S is smoother, doesn't throw nearly as much debris, quieter (even the runflats that I ended up getting!), and they're not missing anything in traction. They might chirp every once in a while under aggressive driving, but I'd endorse these 100%. Here is a more detailed write-up if it helps.
