I'm lucky in that i can watch it on Eurosport and there was lots of in car footage but i missed a lot of the action early on. I was out for a fathers day meal so only saw the first half hour of the race then got home ish 11pm french time (full course yellow for the #93 punting the other car off the road) and watched til just after the #46 crashed out in the rain, think that was 1am so 10hrs into the race. Watched the last 3hrs of the race. It's like that every year the battle in GT3 is usually very close in fact for that podium finish 3 cars were in contention and the 44 car managed to overtake the Iron Dames car at the 2nd to last pit stop in the pits as both cars stopped at the same time but 44 had more fuel in it and could short fuel the car. That was really interesting to watch. But was only possible to watch via the Live Timing app. And also the only car with OnBoard was the 77 car so after the steering rack issue was pointless to watch that onboard.
I think YouTube used to have a lot of the teams uploading live footage, streaming footage?? but i didn't get to see any of that this year.
Is it bad i liked the corvette..... Low slung bonnet line, sounded amazing and just looked good. The NASCAR with Jenson button last year was frikking awesome, ok it wasn't following the same rules (as per garage 56 allowances) but damn it got some good coverage.
