Will pop my 17 off and share some pics to see if the wiring connections are the same on the 17 airbag. If you can pop on a 15-17 air bag then we may have a solution. Waiting to see if DCTMS is planning to revise their design to fit the new 2018 MY

It’s the top black connector on the airbag that seems a little different than I remembered from the 2015... but it may be the same... the two yellow ones seemed the same.

FYI, I sold my 2015 DCTMS wheel to another member. I may look at getting another for the 2018 when they become available (and if there is another group discount)!

I am about to have a 2018 arrive that I bought the steering wheel for. I found this on a a GT350 thread:

All of the '18 cars are FA6. According to the VIN decoders I could find on-line, this appears to indicate a difference in the airbags.... with the "T" signifying front and knee airbags and the "6" indicating front and side curtain airbags.

So it looks very likely that the 15-17 steering wheels are not interchangeable with the 2018 models. I can verify when I have the car next week. But it looks likely I will need to send the steering wheel back and wait for DCTMS to come out with a version for a 2018.

Note that I am right down the road from DCTMS so let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Prices will increase slightly since the group buy had ended. Still settling on the final figures, but it won’t be more than $50 at the moment. We have a few carbon and all leather wheels in stock. I hope that is the case. The change to the VIN seems to indicate different, but you never know. Should know in a week when the car arrives. I love the look of the leather steering wheel with the blue stitching. I hope it works out. I will let you know.

From a post on the GT350 forum. The guy bought a GT350R and a steering wheel he had on his 2017 GT350 will not fit on his 2018 GT350R. It looks like the GT350 also has the updated steering wheel.

Will this wheel fit a 2018 GT350R? I had a SVE wheel on my 2017 GT350 and it fit great but will not fit my new car. The airbag notches are bigger and the spring placement is different on the 18.

DCTMS is currently out of stock on all the wheels. They have not gotten back to me on my last inquiry, so I wouldn't hesitate to jump on another option if you see something you like.

This is true. The current wheel fitment does not work for the 2018 and up cars. Which sucks since the wheel is pretty bad ass.

Thank you for the update. I like the DCTMS steeeing wheel, and also the Beith Performance one, but after trying to reach both sellers unsuccessfully I have decided to purchase one from here: https://scgarageworks.com/. Will share if/when I receive it. May take a month or two.
