Unfortunately I believe you may have made the mould for the previous version of the EU mirror. They recently made a change to it - with "aero-ribs" as they were developed to lower wind noise as part of a rolling update. This was confirmed by Ford AU. I hope you can make a new mould soon :D :thumbsup:
