Just picked up my ‘21 GT500 CFTP in this most amazing color. I had not seen this color prior and love how awesome it looks against all the black accents. I have to assume this is going to be a rare combo and wondered if anyone else has found production stats on the yellow specifically. Was GY a one year only color for the Mach1 and GT as well?

Grabber Yellow is indeed a 1 year option. I got it on my wifes GT.. I am ready to see some numbers as well. Yours looks Great!
