Got this letter from Roush (supposedly) today. Anyone else get this? Is it legit?

You got to be kidding me. Car rental companies can make more than $400 for 2-3 weeks of renting a mustang.
I wouldn’t even let roush to have my vehicle 2 weeks for $2000 let alone $400.

I got a different one about 6 months ago. They wanted to go through the car's router, the name escapes me at the moment, to gather information.
Hard pass for me. I don't need them to pry into my car's information, regardless if it's helping them or not.

Interestingly the OP is in Chicago and the letter states for owners in the Detroit Metro area. $400 to let somebody drive the crap out of the car for two-three weeks. That would be a big NO from me. Don't they have their own cars they could use?

I would think a call or email directly to Roush would answer if it's real or not.

If it's not then I'm sure Roush would like to know what's circulating.

If it's true the it seems to me to be woefully inadequate compensation.

We've gotten that on every Ford we've leased/purchased, thought it was just a SE Michigan thing. And no, we would never take them up on it.
