Those differences on a silhouette are almost impercievable. Your idea of fun is not fun, lol.
Not fun, Tom? But you were laughing. <smile>

Yeah, silhouettes can be tough but, (you did miss two.) <chuckling>

We all need to do a little laughing along the way.

My inputs below:
Close, but the MD-88 is a DC-9. Many people don't know, but the DC-9 type covers DC9-10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 80, 90 (MD80 and all the other 80 derivatives through 88). In other words, you get a type rating in an MD-80, your certificate says DC-9.

Edited to add: The Boeing 717 also shares the DC-9 type rating.

I must say, very good!

I tend to think of the DC-9 as the older, shorter version. But understand they are the same type. Hence, I went with MD-88.
Had to count the wheels to get the B-757...

Wow, that is some attention to detail. I spent a while on the 757, and I would have to stop and think about it for a while. The 747, I know, because when you were out on the town for the evening and people asked you what you do, a common answer was "I drive an 18 wheeler". Another answer was "heavy equipment operator".

Edited to add:
It was rumored that when I was flying tweets was that the centrifugal flow jet engine of the T-37 was originally designed to power a ship's bilge pump. Also, the T-38 engine was originally designed to be a missile engine.

Sorry for the delayed response but we had a perimeter violation. Specifically, a squirrel in the Oak tree out back. Dobies don't much like rodents. :-)

Took me awhile with, as Jimmy B said, "..my trusty pellet gun," trying to "persuade the bugger to go elsewhere" (and stop my dogs from BARKING!)

Anyway...

My guesses are:

757
Narrowbody Bus but not which
F5/T38
RC135?
747
MD80ish
T37

How'd I do, teach? :-)
