When I got my first 19 mustang, I had a difficult time modulating and getting smooth releases using the stock clutch spring.
I swapped to the steeda spring and immediately clutch feel was vastly improved.

Drove around with the steeda spring for about 6.5k miles.

Long story short, got into an accident, and car was repaired, THEN TOTALED. (i was not at fault)

So now I got a brand new mustang =). (same color same everything!)

I will say, the stock spring is very nice now. Nice and light.
I feel like the steeda spring trained me to get used to the release points on the clutch.

Anyways, for those of you that have been using the steeda spring for a while, try popping in the heavy ass stock spring in for a few days and see how you like it.

My other car has a heavy clutch spring like the steeda, so I can’t go back and fourth between cars it messes me up. So the sprint makes both cars feel and drive same clutch wise

I've been driving 1 1/2 years 11,000+ miles on the stock spring. My Steeda spring has been sitting on the workbench this entire time. I'm perfectly fine with the stock feel now. I guess I should just sell it.

The heavy stock spring makes the clutch pedal lighter.
The lighter Steeda spring makes the clutch pedal heavier.

Detailed investigation of the force needed to press the pedal with the stock spring, no spring, and Steeda spring here:
