I bought some used door panels from a wrecked Premium Ecoboost Mustang that have the soft touch material on the top. They are in good shape other than some scuff marks on the driver side door panel. Any word on how to get them out or at least minimize them.

Thanks in advance.

Have the scuffs scratched into the plastic itself? If so, I'm not sure that can be fixed.

Otherwise, use some APC and a detailing brush to get them as clean as possible. Follow up with some 303 or similar. The dressing might visually reduce the scuffs as well.

magic erasers work well on interior surfaces. They are abrasive so go gentle. Just saturate with some interior cleaner and give it a go!

Good suggestion, those things can lift even the most stubborn of stains/contaminants.

Thanks guys, my wife had a magic eraser and I used it with some 409 cleaner and got 90% off the scuffs out. I took a blow dryer and heated the plastic a tad and that helped even more. Thanks so much...

My interior is almost complete. It was a base 300a car with Performance Pack and I added the premium door panels, the stitched center console, Katzskin custom leather seats and I am going to add my 8" screen from the same 2019 Premium Mustang. By the end of the week it would be done. A pic of the Katzkins installed, the pic doesn't show the door panels nor the center console yet.

Looks good! Where did you pick up the premium door panels?

Yea, those magic erasers seem to work on a lot of things - even keeping my white sneakers looking brand spanking new! 😆
